Return and Refund Policy

Selmo’s return policy is valid up to 30 days after purchase.
If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, a refund or exchange is not possible.

Return Conditions

For a product to be eligible for return, it must:

  • Be unused

  • Remain in its original condition without any changes since receipt

  • Be returned in its original packaging

Non-Returnable Products

Some products are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons or their physical nature, including:

  • Perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines

  • Health and personal care products

  • Hazardous, flammable materials, or gases

Other Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software or digital products

  • Certain health and personal care items

Required Documents for Return

To complete the return process, providing a receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Please do not send the product directly to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds

In some cases, only a partial refund may be issued, including:

  • Books with obvious signs of use

  • CDs, DVDs, software, games, and similar products with opened seals

  • Items that are damaged or missing parts (except when the error is on our part)

  • Products returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method (such as credit card or wallet).

Delayed or Unsuccessful Refunds

If your refund has not yet been credited to your account:

1.Check your bank account first.

2.Then contact your card issuer, as transaction processing may sometimes take a little time.

3.If needed, contact your bank to verify the deposit.

Discounted Products

Only products sold at regular prices are eligible for a refund.
Products purchased with special discounts or during seasonal sales are not eligible for a refund

Product Exchange

Exchanges are only carried out if the product is defective or damaged.
If you wish to exchange a product, please contact us via email at {email address} and send the item to {postal address}.

Donated Products (Gifts)

If the item was purchased as a gift and sent directly to you, a gift card of equivalent value will be issued to you upon receipt of the returned item.
If the item was not purchased as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Shipping and Return Costs

To return a product, please send it to {postal address}.
The cost of shipping the item is the customer’s responsibility and is non-refundable.
If a refund is issued, the shipping cost will be deducted from the final refund amount.

The delivery time for exchanged items may vary depending on your location.
For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable or insured shipping service, as Selmo does not guarantee delivery without these measures.
